Far from the bling of other Mediterranean destinations, Yayaki is dedicated to keeping the Spetses discretion that has made its reputation.
The hotel is perfectly located, in a quiet street, right in between the nearest beach “Agios Mamas” and Dapia, both five minutes walk away. With fifteen unique bedrooms, an outdoor pool and a a studio, Yayaki offers a place for guests to enjoy benefit from a personalised service. It is all about the small details that make a difference.
The house is divided into two buildings, with the pool and its surrounding wooden deck, in the centre. The main house is where you will find most of the bedrooms and the studio. The smaller house hosts our unique Yayaki Suite and its private terrace.

The Yayaki Suite is located on the first floor of the detached house and offers an extra sense of intimacy, thanks to its private entrance, via its own terrace overseeing the pool and the garden. As well as a more spacious cocoon on the island, you will also enjoy extra amenities and services such as the option to have room-service!
Discover the Panorama Suite, one of the two “Experience Suites” of Yayaki Spetses, and also the most luxurious ones.
The Panorama Suite is located on the first floor of the main house and is the only one with a spacious private terrace and a Sea view! The terrace is the perfect spot for travelers who love spending more time oudoors than in the room. You will enjoy relaxing in the lounge area and the unique facilities such as hammock and outdoor shower.
Yayaki Spetses’ largest room. It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to two rooms: one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. It is located on the ground floor of the main house, directly facing the pool and garden. With a shared living room and wide open-closets, it provides the perfect accommodation for a family, a group of friends or a long stay. The facilities also include a separate bathroom with a double Italian shower. You will enjoy the serene atmosphere inspired by the Myrtoan Sea, the extra amenities and services.
The Deluxe Balcony rooms can accomodate two people. They are located in the main house, on the second floor. Like in a family home, each one has its own personality. These rooms benefit from a traditional balcony, which add a romantic touch. You will enjoy the view of the pool and the flowery bougainvillea, as well as all the comfort and facilities needed for the duration of your stay in Spetses.
The Deluxe rooms (two people max.) and Deluxe Family rooms (three people max.) are located in the main house, on the first and second floors. They offer a view over the pool and the flowery bougainvillea. Like in a family home, each one has its own personality. The interior and decoration were inspired by the island’s vibrant energies, the Myrtoan Sea, colourful Summer skies and warm sunsets.

Being passionate about good quality food ourselves and as part of our sustainable approach to hospitality, we have decided to create the first vegetarian, meat-free breakfast on Spetses, including vegan, plant-based options. Yayaki guests have the opportunity to kick-start their days on the island with this gourmet ritual, under the pergola.
