The Deluxe Balcony Rooms are located in the main house, on the second floor. They provide you with all the comfort and facilities you will need, for the duration of your stay in Spetses: An Italian shower, a desk, a double bed with Cocomat mattresses made out of natural coconut fibre, and a relaxing lounge area. The traditional wooden balconies, the pool view and the colourful bougainvillea add the extra romantic touch.

Like in a family house, every room is different and has a unique personality. The interior has been designed to mirror the relaxing summer energy, bringing a deep sense of relaxation. The one that makes you fall in love with the island. Natural fabrics and material present in the room include Greek straw, linen and cotton. The Terracotta tone that prevails is a reference to the original and traditional architecture of Spetses’ houses and their red curved tiles rooftops.
